Case One: Rocklands Copper Project, AUSTRALIA
Project Briefing:

The high Cu grade Rocklands Project is being developed, which is 17km from Cloncurry township, approx 1800 km, north west of Brisbane, OLD. The project will have four products, i.e Native Cu, Copper concentrate, pyrite with cobalt and Magnetite

JORC reported reserve of the Project is about 50 million tonnes with Cu grade 1.49%. In the first 4 years, the average grade is around 4%.The Rocklands Copper Project is anticipated to mine approx 3 million tons of ore plus associated waste rock per year from two deposits, with a life of mine from 12 to 15 years. The processing plant is designed by Sinosteel bases on a Crushing-HPGR&Jigging-Ball Mill Grinding-Flotation-Magnetic Separation flowsheet.

The Rocklands Copper Project is a project that benefits both CuDECO and Sinosteel MECC, for CuDECO could enjoy the best solution in respects of engineering, procurement and construction from China with fairly low price, and Sinosteel MECC could win its client's appreciation and referral to future projects in Australia.

• 2011.1 The EP contract was discussed between Sinosteel MECC & SFM EP Contract MOU was Signed

Case 3: Equipment Supply for Brazil Customer, BRAZIL

Project Background:VALE & SAMARCO are two of the giants in the global mining industry, they have turn their eyes on the Chinese manufacturer with Chinese manufacturing industry development in order to save their project construction period and cost. For VALE No. VIII pellet plant and SAMARCO No.4 Pellet Plant, they both issued the main equipment enquiries to Chinese Suppliers. As the specialized company in mining industry, Sinosteel MECC participates all the biddings of various equipment. During the communication with VALE & SAMARCO, the mutual trust is established. Sinosteel MECC finally becomes their integrated supplier for the equipment sourced from China.

Case 4: Hrazdan Iron Ore Beneficiation Project,ARMENIA
Customer: Fortune Oil
Project location: Armenia

Project Background: This is the first mineral development project developed by Fortune Oil. Hrazdan mine is 1.5 km from Hrazdan r and the length of the iron ore body is about 1400m. A 2MTPY magnetic processing plant is now under designed by Sinosteel MECC. The Concentrate productivity will be around 600,OOOt per year. This Mine is a low grade magnetic iron ore only with Chinese mature technology and competitive EPC Cost, the dirst Iron ore mine in Armenia can be a reality soon. The target of this project is to produce the concentrate by 2013.

Operation Mode: Fortune Oil and various parties involved in this project establish a strategic alliance, develop each party's advantage and jointly develop the project. The Parties involved:
